Sayville Bean Coffee House opened its doors on West Main Street with a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee deserves your full attention, not your haste. We source 100% specialty-grade Arabica beans and roast them in small batches so every pour-over, espresso, and latte carries a distinct character.
Our kitchen bakes from scratch every morning — croissants, sourdough toast, seasonal fruit tarts — because we believe the best accompaniment to good coffee is something made with the same care.
